Site analysis

We believe that to be truly comprehensive, a safety and security site analysis should consider the interface and interoperability of all building systems, procedures and policies. Our team uses a variety of site security assessment tools to identify appropriate physical security applications for the particular facility, as well as the capabilities and knowledge of associated personnel.

We consider internal access controls, as well as the safety and operating condition of existing doors and hardware. We also factor in key control policies, security alarm functionality and operating condition, ADA operators, intercoms, lighting, surveillance cameras, security and safety signage, and other items. Conducting a thorough site analysis is not just about identifying security gaps. At Fairway, we look at the big picture. Expect our team to help identify both short- and long-term strategies and to assist you in establishing a plan to achieve your goals. Equally reassuring, the recommendations we make often involve simple fixes or changes with little or no cost.
